Special homogeneous linear systems on Hirzebruch surfaces
Abstract
The Segre-Gimigliano-Harbourne-Hirschowitz Conjecture can be naturally formulated for Hirzebruch surfaces Fn. We show that this Conjecture holds for imposed base points of equal multiplicity bounded by 8.
