Mixed Motives over $k[t]/{(t^{m+1})}$

Abstract

For a perfect field $k$, we construct a triangulated category of mixed motives over $k[t]/{(t^{m+1})}$. The ext groups in this category are given by higher Chow groups, and additive higher Chow groups.
