Non-Gaussianity from Compositeness

Abstract

By assuming the field seeding the curvature perturbations ζ is a dynamically arising condensate, we are able to derive the relation fNL 2 108 H / Mc between the non-Gaussianity parameter fNL and the ratio of the inflationary scale H to the cutoff scale Mc of the effective theory describing the condensate, thus relating the experimental bound on fNL to a bound on Mc .
