Parton distributions and Tevatron jet data
Abstract
We study the impact of Tevatron jet data on a global fit of parton distribution functions and on the determination of the value of the strong coupling constant. The consequences are illustrated for cross sections of Higgs boson production at Tevatron and the LHC.
