Recent Results in Semileptonic B Decays With BaBar
Abstract
In this note, recent results of studies of semileptonic B meson decays from are discussed and preliminary results given. In particular, a recent measurement of B(B D(*)τ ) and the ratio B(B D(*)τ )/B(B D(*) ) is presented. For the D* mode, a branching fraction of 1.790.130.17 is found, with a ratio of 0.3250.0230.027. For the D mode, the results are 1.040.120.14 and 0.4560.0530.056, respectively. In addition, a study of Bs production and semileptonic decays using data collected in a center-of-mass energy region above the 4S resonance is discussed. The semileptonic branching fraction B(Bs X) is measured to be 9.9+2.6-2.1+1.3-2.0.
