Solutions of the Dirac equation with spin and pseudospin symmetry for trigonometric Scarf potential in D-dimensions

Abstract

Solutions of the Dirac equation with spin and pseudospin symmetry for the scalar and vector trigonometric scarf potential in D-dimensions within the framework of an approximation scheme to the centrifugal barrier are obtained. The energy spectral and the two-component spinor eigenfunctions are obtained. The bound state energy levels for various values of dimension D, n, and the potential range parameter α are also presented.
