Estimates for eigenvalues of the Paneitz operator

Abstract

For an $n$-dimensional compact submanifold $M^n$ in the Euclidean space $\mathbf R^{N}$, we study estimates for eigenvalues of the Paneitz operator on $M^n$. Our estimates for eigenvalues are sharp.
