The circle method and bounds for L-functions - II: Subconvexity for twists of GL(3) L-functions
Abstract
Let π be a SL(3, Z) automorphic form. Let =12 be a Dirichlet character with i primitive modulo Mi. Suppose M1, M2 are primes such that M2M4δ<M1<M2M-3δ, where M=M1M2 and 0<δ<1/28. In this paper we will prove the following subconvex bound L(1/2,π)π, M3/4-δ+.
