A note on interface solutions in higher-spin gravity
Abstract
In this paper we construct holographic interface solutions in the Chern-Simons formulation of higher-spin gravity. It is shown that the global regularity of the gauge connection imposes conditions on the conserved currents consistent with interface being totally transmissive or topological. An interface solution connecting the W3 and W3(2) vacuum is constructed in the SL(3,R) higher spin gravity. An interface solution corresponding to turning on relevant deformations in higher spin SL(4,R) gravity is presented.
