Non-degeneracy of some Sobolev Pseudo-norms of fractional Brownian motion
Abstract
Applying an upper bound estimate for small L2 ball probability for fractional Brownian motion (fBm), we prove the non-degeneracy of some Sobolev pseudo-norms of fBm.
