A supersimple analysis of e-e+ W- W+ at high energy

Abstract

Studying e-e+ W- W+ at the 1loop electroweak (EW) order, we derive very accurate and simple expressions for the four Helicity Conserving (HC) amplitudes, which dominate this process at high energies. The calculations are done in both, the SM and MSSM frameworks. Such expressions, called supersimple (sim), nicely emphasize the dynamical contents of each framework. Numerical illustrations are presented, which show the accuracy of this description, and how it can be used for identifying possible additional new physics contributions; like e.g. Anomalous Gauge Couplings (AGC) or a new Z' vector boson exchange. The procedure is useful even if only SM is visible at the future Linear Collider energies.
