Putting the A-stars into context: concluding remarks

Abstract

Concluding remarks following the international conference "Putting A Stars into Context," 3-7 June 2013 in Moscow. We argue that it is time for theoretical efforts to consider exogenous processes such as mass transfer or circumstellar infall as well as the standard endogenous processes of radiative levitation, gravitational settling, and mass-dependent separation in winds.
