Examples of quasitoric manifolds as special unitary manifolds
Abstract
This note shows that for each n≥ 5 with only n= 6, there exists a 2n-dimensional specially omnioriented quasitoric manifold M2n which represents a nonzero element in *U. This provides the counterexamples of Buchstaber--Panov--Ray conjecture.
