The discrete analogue of the differential operator d2md x2m + 2ω2d2m-2d x2m-2 + ω4d2m-4d x2m-4

Abstract

In the present paper we construct the discrete analogue Dm(hβ) of the differential operator d2md x2m + 2ω2d2m-2d x2m-2 + ω4d2m-4d x2m-4. The discrete analogue Dm(hβ) plays the main role in construction of optimal quadrature formulas and interpolation splines minimizing the semi-norm in the K2(Pm) Hilbert space.
