Normal Numbers and the Borel Hierarchy
Abstract
We show that the set of absolutely normal numbers is 03-complete in the Borel hierarchy of subsets of real numbers. Similarly, the set of absolutely normal numbers is 03-complete in the effective Borel hierarchy.
