Determination of GL(3) Hecke-Maass forms from twisted central values
Abstract
Suppose π1 and π2 are two Hecke-Maass cusp forms for SL(3,Z) such that for all primitive character we have L(12,π1)=L(12,π2). Then we show that π1=π2.
