On the mass of the exterior blow-up points
Abstract
We consider the following problem on open set of R2: \ split - ui & = Vi eui \,\, &in \,\, & ⊂ R2, \\ ui & = 0 \,\, & in \,\, &∂ . split. We assume that ∫ eui dy ≤ C, and 0 ≤ Vi ≤ b < + ∞. On the other hand, if we assume that Vi s-holderian with 1/2< s ≤ 1, then each exterior blow-up point is simple. As application, we have a compactness result for the case when: ∫Vi eui dy ≤ 40π-ε , \,\, ε >0.
