On a Question of Glasby, Praeger, and Xia

Abstract

Recently, Glasby, Praeger, and Xia asked for necessary and sufficient conditions for the `Jordan Partition' $\lambda(r,s,p)$ to be standard. We give such conditions when $p$ is an odd prime.
