Abstract
In this paper we introduce the M\"obius disjointness for C*-algebras with their automorphisms and studied the M\"obius disjointness for finite dimensional C* algebras, finite von Neumann algebras, reduced free group algebra and canonical anticommutation relation algebra etc.
