Integral representations of *-representations of *-algebras
Abstract
Regular normalized B(W1,W2)-valued non-negative spectral measures introduced in Zalar2014 are in one-to-one correspondence with unital -representations :C(X,C) W1 → W2, where X stands for a compact Hausdorff space and W1, W2 stand for von Neumann algebras. In this paper we generalize this result in two directions. The first is to -representations of the form :B W1→ W2, where B stands for a commutative -algebra B, and the second is to special (not necessarily bounded) -representations of the form :B W1→ L+(D), where L+(D) stands for a -algebra of special linear operators on a dense subspace D of a Hilbert space K.
