An elliptic semilinear equation with source term and boundary measure data: the supercritical case

Abstract

We give new criteria for the existence of weak solutions to an equation with a super linear source term align*- u = uq ~~in~,~~u=σ~~on ~∂align*where is a either a bounded smooth domain or R\+N, q1 and σ∈ M+(∂) is a nonnegative Radon measure on ∂. One of the criteria we obtain is expressed in terms of some Bessel capacities on ∂. We also give a sufficient condition for the existence of weak solutions to equation with source mixed terms. align* - u = |u|q\1-1u|∇ u|q\2 ~~in~,~~u=σ~~on ~∂ align* where q\1,q\2≥ 0, q\1+q\21, q\22, σ∈ M(∂) is a Radon measure on ∂.
