Manifestation of interdot spin tunneling effects in ordered arrays of quantum dots: An anomalous magnetization of In1-xMnxAs
Abstract
The anomalous low-temperature behavior of the spontaneous magnetization of ordered arrays of In1-xMnxAs quantum dots is discussed. It is shown that the experimental results can be well understood, within a mean field approximation, assuming collective response through rather strong spin tunneling processes between neighbouring dots.
