Holomorphic maps from the complex unit ball to Type IV classical domains
Abstract
We prove rigidity results for holomorphic proper maps from the complex unit ball Bn to the Type IV bounded symmetric domain DIVm where n ≥ 4, n+1≤ m ≤ 2n-3. In addition, a classification result is established when m=n+1.
