$L^p$ spherical multipliers on homogeneous trees

Abstract

We characterise, for each $p$ in $[1,\infty) \setminus \{2\}$, the class of $L^p$ spherical multipliers on homogeneous trees in terms of $L^p$ Fourier multipliers on the torus.
