Small $\dot B^{-1}_{\infty,\infty}$ implies regularity

Abstract

We show that smallness of $\dot B^{-1}_{\infty,\infty}$ norm of solution to $d$-dimensional ($d\ge 3$) incompressible Navier-Stokes prevents blowups.
