Current status of K in lattice QCD
Abstract
We present the current status of K evaluated directly from the standard model using lattice QCD inputs. The lattice QCD inputs include BK, 0, 2, |Vus|, mc(mc), and |Vcb|. Recently, FLAG has updated BK, exclusive |Vcb| has been updated with new lattice data in the B D decay mode, and RBC-UKQCD has updated 0 and 2. We find that the standard model evaluation of K with exclusive |Vcb| (lattice QCD inputs) is 3.2σ lower than the experimental value, while that with inclusive |Vcb| (heavy quark expansion) shows no tension.
