Top Quark Mass Measurements at the LHC

Abstract

This document highlights a number of top-quark mass measurements carried out by the ATLAS and CMS collaborations based on the combined LHC Run 1 datasets at centre-of-mass energies of s=7 and 8 TeV. A wide range of analysis strategies are employed for a number of final-state signatures. Measurements of both the pole mass as well as the value of the top-quark mass as defined by the Monte Carlo generator in simulated signal samples are discussed.
