The large twist theorem and boundedness of solutions for polynomial potentials with C1 time dependent coefficients
Abstract
In this paper we first prove the so-called large twist theorem, then using it to prove the boundedness of all solutions and the existence of quasi-periodic solutions for Duffing's equation x+x2n+1+i=02npi(t)xi=0, where pi(t)∈ C1(S) (n+1≤ i≤ 2n) and pi(t)∈ C0(S) (0≤ i≤ n) with S=R/Z.
