Abstract
In this work, we study the of positive ground state solution for the semilinear elliptic problem \ array [c]ll% - u=up(x)-1, u>0 & in\,G⊂eqRN% ,\,N≥3\\ u∈ D01,2(G), & array . where G is either RN or a bounded domain, and p:G→ R is a continuous function assuming critical and subcritical values.
