Kloosterman sums and Fourier coefficients of Eisenstein series
Abstract
We derive explicit formulas for some Kloosterman sums on 0(N), and for the Fourier coefficients of Eisenstein series attached to arbitrary cusps, around a general Atkin-Lehner cusp.
