Embeddings in Lie algebras of subexponential growth
Abstract
We prove that an arbitrary countable dimensional Lie algebra over a field of characteristic ≠ 2 that is locally of subexponential growth is embeddable in a finitely generated Lie algebra of subexponential growth.
