Measurements of absolute branching fractions for D mesons decays into two pseudoscalar mesons

Abstract

Using a data sample of e+e- collision data with an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb-1 taken at the center-of-mass energy s= 3.773~GeV with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage rings, we measure the absolute branching fractions of the two-body hadronic decays D+ π+π0, K+ π0, π+ η, K+η, π+η, K+η, KS0 π+, KS0 K+, and D0 π+ π-, K+ K-, K π, KS0 π0, KS0 η, KS0 η. Our results are consistent with previous measurements within uncertainties. Among them, the branching fractions for D+π+π0, K+π0, π+η, π+η, KS0 π+, KS0 K+ and D0 KS0 π0, KS0 η, KS0 η are determined with improved precision compared to the world average values.
