Neutrino masses, cosmological inflation and dark matter in a U(1)B-L model with type II seesaw mechanism
Abstract
In this work we implement the type II seesaw mechanism into the framework of the U(1)B-L gauge model. As main gain, the right-handed neutrinos of the model get free to play the role of the dark matter of the universe. As side effect, the model realizes Higgs inflation without problem with loss of unitarity.
