Study of charmless decays B K0S K0S h (h=K,π) at Belle

Abstract

We report a search for charmless hadronic decays of charged B mesons to the final states K0S K0S K and K0S K0S π . The results are based on a 711 fb-1 data sample that contains 772 × 106 B B pairs, and was collected at the (4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+e- collider. For B K0S K0S K decays, the measured branching fraction and direct CP asymmetry are [10.640.49(stat) 0.44(syst)]×10-6 and [-0.63.9(stat) 3.4(syst)] %, respectively. In the absence of a statistically significant signal for B K0S K0S π, we set the 90 % confidence-level upper limit on its branching fraction at 1.14 × 10-6.
