Pseudopotential multiple-relaxation-time lattice Boltzmann simulation of vapor condensation on vertical subcooled walls
Abstract
Saturated vapor condensation on the homogeneous and heterogeneous sub-cooled wall under gravity was numerically simulated by the improved pseudo-potential phase-change multiple-relaxation-time lattice Boltzmann (LB) method. Firstly, the phase-change LB method coupling finite different method to solve the energy equation was verified by the D-2 law of the droplets evaporation, which improve the model could precisely realize the numerical simulation of phase change.
