d bound state

Abstract

The lattice QCD analyses of the HAL QCD Collaboration predicts a strongly attractive potential in the N 5S2 channel which supports a bound state. In this paper we show that this N channel together with the NN 3S1 channel give rise to a d bound state in the state with maximal spin (I,JP)=(0,5/2+) with a binding energy of 17 MeV.
