Abstract
We prove Lp estimates for the Baouendi-Grushin operator L=Deltax+|x|α Deltay in Lp(RN+M), 1 < p < 1, where x belongs to RN; y belongs to RM. When p = 2 more general weights belonging to Reverse Holder classes are allowed.
