A Geometric Application for the $det^{S^2}$ Map

Abstract

We discuss properties of the $det^{S^2}$ map, present a few explicit computations, and give a geometrical interpretation for the condition $det^{S^2}((v_{i,j})_{1\leq i<j\leq 4})=0$.
