Proof of some conjectural congruences involving Domb numbers
Abstract
In this paper, we mainly prove the following conjectures of Z.-H. Sun SH2: Let p>3 be a prime. If p13 and p=x2+3y2, then we have Σk=0p-1Dk4kΣk=0p-1Dk16k4x2-2p-p24x2p3, and if p23, then Σk=0p-1Dk4k-2Σk=0p-1Dk16kp22p-12p-56-2 p3, where Dn=Σk=0nnk22kk2n-2kn-k stands for the nth Domb number.
