Heat and mass transfer during crystal growing by the Czochralski method with a submerged vibrator

Abstract

It was shown that the vibrations can intensify of heat-mass transfer and mixing of the melt, and also to reduce dynamic and temperature boundary layers and to increase a temperature gradient on melt/crystal interface, that can to increase rate of crystal growth by the Czochralski method with a submerged vibrator. It is can be very impotent for manufacturing and quality of crystals.
