Charm Quark Hadronisation Studies In pp Collisions With ALICE

Abstract

In this contribution, the latest results for measurements of charm baryons in proton--proton collisions at s=5.02 and 13\,TeV are presented. The production yields of c+, c0,+, c0, and c0,++ are shown along with their yield ratios to D0 mesons, and observations about charm hadronisation with respect to previous results from lepton colliders are discussed. Further differential measurements are shown of the c+/D0 yield ratio as a function of charged-particle multiplicity. For the first time, the production of c+ is presented in pp collisions down to pT = 0, and the total charm production cross section and relative charm hadronisation fractions in p--Pb collisions are computed.
