Weakly framed surface configurations, Heisenberg homology and Mapping Class Group action
Abstract
We obtain representations of the f-based Mapping Class Group of oriented punctured surfaces from an action of mapping classes on Heisenberg homologies of a circle bundle over surface configurations.
