On connection of the cosmic-ray coplanarity of most energetic particles with the collider long-range near-side "ridge" effect
Abstract
Coplanarity of subcores of γ-ray--hadron families found in cosmic-ray experiments at E0 1016 eV requires appearance of a coplanar generation of most energetic particles. Long-range near-side "ridge" effect in pp collisions at s = 7 TeV was found by the CMS Collaboration in two-particle η - correlation functions at |η| 3 and || ≈ 0. The FANSY 2.0 model reproduces both the hadron coplanarity and "ridge" effect.
