Measurement of decay-time-dependent CP violation in B0 J/ K0S decays using 2019-2021 Belle II data
Abstract
We report a measurement of the mixing-induced and direct CP violation parameters SCP and ACP from B0 J/ K0S decays reconstructed by the Belle II experiment at the SuperKEKB asymmetric-energy electron-positron collider. The data, collected at the center-of-mass energy of the (4S) resonance, correspond to 190fb-1 of integrated luminosity. We measure SCP = 0.7200.0620.016 and ACP = 0.0940.044+0.042-0.017, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. In the Standard Model, SCP equals (2φ1) to a good approximation.
