Binormal measures
Abstract
Our starting point is the measure εx-αxxω1+βxxω2, where xωi is the harmonic measure relative to x ∈ ω1 ⊂ ω1 ⊂ ω2 and ωi are concentric balls of n; αx, βx are functions depending on x and on the radii of ωi, (i=1,2). Generalizing the above measure, we introduce and study the binormal measures as well as their relation to biharmonic functions.
