Orbital Fulde-Ferrell-Larkin-Ovchinnikov state in an Ising superconductor
Abstract
The critical field behavior of a layered Ising superconductor with finite number of layers is studied. Under in-plane magnetic fields, the finite-momentum superconductivity dubbed as the orbital Fulde- Ferrell-Larkin-Ovchinnikov state is found in the regime of low field and high temperature. Our theory agrees well with the experimental results in Nature 619, 46 (2023).
