Abstract

The main result of this paper is to show that for any compact space X and any family \fα α< 2, fα X onto β \ of open mappings there exists a point x ∈ X such that for each α< 2 either fα(x) belongs to or fα(x) is a weak P-point in *, whenever is regular.
