The probability that the product of two elements of finite group algebra is zero

Abstract

Let FqG be a finite group algebra. We denote by P(FqG) the probability that the product of two elements of FqG be zero. In this paper, the general formula for computing the P(FqG) are established for the cyclic groups Cn, the Quaternion group Q8 and the symmetric group S3, for some cases.
