Studying the production mechanisms of light meson resonances in two-pion photoproduction: a Regge approach
Abstract
A calculation of the angular moments of two-pion photoproduction is presented. The underlying theoretical model encodes the prominent (770) resonance and the expected leading background contribution coming from the Deck mechanism. The model contains a number of free parameters which are fit to experimental data. A good description of the angular moments is obtained.
