Fibered 3-manifolds with unique incompressible surfaces
Abstract
We present a family Mg of fibered hyperbolic 3-manifolds whose fibre Fg is the unique connected incompressible surface and the genus g ≥ 2 of Fg can be arbitrary. This answers a question of Agol.
